Hard Work Pays Off
Positive youth development through programs, fitness, mentorship, and community since 2004.
Our Mission
Programs Are the Hook. Development Is the Goal.
Highlanders Boxing Club & HBC Iron Youth Services (HBC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth-development organization founded in 2004 in Highland, California. We use programs, fitness, mentorship, and social emotional learning as the vehicle for positive youth development, trauma-informed care, and community resilience.

For over 25 years, we've provided at-risk youth and families in the Inland Empire with structure, mentorship, and a safe place to grow. Through our programs, fitness, and social services we teach life skills, emotional management, and the discipline to build a better future.

Stories from Our Community
Hear from the families, alumni, and partners who've seen the difference HBC makes.
HBC gave my son a reason to stay off the streets. He found discipline, respect, and a second family here. I can't imagine where he'd be without Coach Tony and this program.
I came in angry at the world. HBC taught me how to channel that energy into something positive. Now I mentor the younger kids the same way the coaches mentored me.
The Iron Strong program doesn't just teach kids to box — it teaches them to manage emotions, work as a team, and take responsibility. The results we've seen with our referrals are remarkable.
